1. Quick loan approval, apply online/ personally, Loan avail after verify by financial status and properties assessments and CIBIL status.

2. Loans availability up to 100Cr. At attractive interest rates of 7% per annum onwards

3. Disbursal period of loan approx. 10—25 days.

4. If any kind of pendency's will raise in documentation, that will be provided or completedy borrower or loanee as per directions.

5. That all the physical survey or valuators investigation and legal Investigation (Legal/ Due Diligences reports) will be paid, that charges will bear by borrower.

6. Maximum loan will be e'igÎble up to 75 — 90% of the existing value of the property.

7. in case of Project loan considered property present market value + Project cost.

8. In case of project loan disbursement amount can't be more than 85% of Project+ Property Value.

10. The maximum time for Loan repayment up to 15 Years refundable period. (In specific case it will be raise up to 20 Years maximum)

11. .Mode ofInterest/ Installments can be paid Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Annually. Choose by borrower before disbursement.

12. In case of Project loan Locking period will be 1 Year, in this specific time period borrower will pay ROI as per decided. Avail at separate demand on Loanee.

13. Non — Refundabl Legal agreements/ proceeding fee up to 3% of loan (Refundable)+ 180 GST on the Legal agreements (e).

14. Payment will disburse after legal formalities. All the Terms and Conditions apply as per NBFC rules of RBI.
